A School Disco.com sells tickets on behalf of School Disco from whom we obtain tickets to sell to you. This ticket remains the property of the School Disco and is a personal revocable license which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time upon refunding the printed purchase price. The purchaser represents and warrants that the ticket is purchased for personal use only, and that it is not purchased as part of any form of business or commercial activity (save as expressly authorised by School Disco and its agents) and in particular, that the ticket may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone whether at a premium or otherwise and may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or for any other trade purposes. Resale or attempted resale at a price higher than that printed herein is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. School Disco and its affiliates, successors, or assigns may enforce these terms in accordance with the provisions of the contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (the Act). Except as provided above, this agreement does not create any right enforceable by any person who is not a party to it under the Act, but does not affect any right or remedy that a third party has which exists or is available apart from the Act It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the School Disco. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered tickets for a rescheduled event (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event (up to the point at which the rescheduled event has taken place) or if the performance is not rescheduled, a full refund. Full refunds for tickets purchased prior to the date of the original event will be given up to the face value of the tickets purchased plus the relevant per ticket booking fee. In order to claim your refund, please apply in writing to your point of purchase. You must enclose your order details (name, reference number, booking agent used). For accounting purposes this must be received within 28 days from the date of the cancelled event. This does not affect your statutory rights This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue and School Disco. Full details are available at the venue box office. Breach of any of these Rules and Regulations or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle the venue or School Disco to eject you from the venue The venue reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue and School Disco. The venue may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons Every effort to admit latecomers will be made but admission cannot always be guaranteed We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen Tickets are sold subject to the venue or School Disco rights to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets The unauthorized use of professional photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed. Laser pens, dogs (except guide dogs) and patron’s own food and drink may also be prohibited (please check with the venue) The venue, School Disco and Ticket agents accept no responsibility for any personal property There will be no pass-outs or re-admissions of any kind Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person. We reserve the right to cancel tickets without prior notice purchased in excess of this number Neither the venue, School Disco shall have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket purchased plus the relevant per ticket booking fee Sale of Alcohol – if you appear to be under 18 we will ask you to prove your age . We apologise if this policy causes any embarrassment Please note that School Disco is an over 18’s event. Any customers who appear to be under 18, will be asked for proof of identity (only valid photo id – drivers licence and passport - are acceptable) No rowdy, tipsy, drunken or misbehaving persons will be allowed into the School Disco event or in the queue before the event The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the venue or the queue for any reason including behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of School Disco or its representatives staffing the event School Disco reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone without explanation Security personnel may conduct security searches to ensure the safety of persons at the event School Disco is unable to offer refunds or exchanges in respect of bookings unless the event is cancelled. All bookings are not transferable to other events and are strictly not for resale. If this booking is resold or transferred whether for profit or for commercial gain or otherwise by anyone it will become void and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue No admittance without proper school uniform. This must include a stripy school tie. School Disco reserves the right to refuse admission to ticket holders if they are not in correct school uniform. Please note that you can also wear school themed clothes e.g. cheerleaders, teachers, dinner ladies etc. If you are in regular school uniform you must wear a suitable school stripy or emblem tie. All photographs are the property of School Disco. School Disco is not reasonable for any loss, injury or damage, however caused, to you except where any such loss, injury or damage is caused by the negligence of School Disco, its employees or agents No bottles, cans or gum to be brought into the venue – any found will be confiscated Illegal substances are strictly prohibited at School Disco No unauthorised trading is permitted within the venue or queues outside No refunds will be given if the event is running but the venue has changed from the originally advertised location WARNING – Please note that you will be exposed to loud music at School Disco. Please also be aware that strobe lighting may be used during the event Strictly no refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law
